Great location, just a short walk from the train and bus stations, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with air-conditioning that worked perfectly. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel, a great way to start the day before venturing out to explore the city.
There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The hotel had a curfew where the front doors were locked from 12am-6am, which limited the option to stay out late.

I got great value for my money at Casa Caburlotto Villa. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the garden. The location was perfect, close to transportation hubs and away from the tourist crowds. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
More savory options for breakfast would have been nice.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Caburlotto Villa. The location was perfect, just a short and pleasant walk from Santa Lucia train station. The room was simple, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was filling and the coffee, including cappuccino, was delicious. The staff at the front desk and during breakfast were kind and helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Venice.

We had a romantic escape and absolutely loved our stay! the location was perfect, nestled on a quiet street away from the crowds but still within walking distance of all the attractions. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the room was always spotless and well-maintained.
There were a few small downsides to our experience. the breakfast lacked variety, with the same cold cuts and cheese every day.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.
The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was not pleasant. the furniture in the room could also use some renovation to improve the overall feel and comfort.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with any questions or requests. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the bus and train stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. the price was reasonable, making it a good option for budget travelers.
The Wi-Fi was incredibly frustrating to use, only working on the ground floor and even then, it was slow and kept disconnecting. In this day and age, it's unacceptable for a hotel not to have reliable and accessible Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
